Welcome to Year 6!

Year 6 are taught by Miss Bacon. We have TA support from Mr Cottam and Mrs Nurse.  We Are All Stars (Coaches Colin and Beth) deliver two PE lessons a week on Tuesday and Thursday. There is lots of important information about Year 6 on the Welcome Letter below. 

📚 Home Learning

Homework is set on a Friday and is due back the following Friday. If children are not sure what homework to complete, it can be found on the notice board in the classroom or the document below. If your child is unsure how to complete the homework, please let me know as soon as possible so that I can support them in school. They have the opportunity every Tuesday lunchtime to complete their homework in school with support from Miss Bacon if needed. 

🏃🏼 PE

PE days are Tuesday and Thursday. The children should wear their PE kits to school on these days. If your child attends an after school club, they must wear their school uniform to school and bring the required kit to change into at the end of the school day.

Year 6 SATs 

Year 6 SATs will take place between Monday 11th May to Thursday 14th May 2025. If you have any questions regarding SATs, please speak to Miss Bacon.
