Year 3

Welcome to Year 3!

📚 Home Learning

Reading

Reading records and books are checked and changed on Friday. Reading should be recorded in your child's reading record 4 times a week. Your child can choose to read a book of choice once their school reading book has been completed.

Maths

Times Tables

TT rockstars can be accessed from home - your child will have a specific login to use the site.

Your child will complete a weekly timetables assessment known as Times Table Tracker.

Spelling

Spellings lists will be sent out each half term, a 'word check' will take place on Fridays to assess which spellings your child can spell. Please ensure pupils practise spellings at home.

🏃🏼 PE

PE days are Wednesday and Friday. Wednesday is taught by Mr Guildford through B2 Coaching and Friday by Mrs Smith. Children should come into school wearing their PE kit on those particular days. If your child attends an after school club, they must wear their school uniform to school and bring the required kit to change into at the end of the school day.
