Home Learning Expectations

At Elworth Hall, we value our parents support in all that we do. Home Learning is to consolidate all that we do in school. 

Reading

Reading records and books are checked and changed on Friday. Reading should be recorded in your child's reading record 4 times a week. Your child can choose to read a book of their choice, as well as their school reading book.

Maths

TT rockstars can be accessed from home - your child will have a specific login to use the site. 

Sumdog - tasks will be set to complete every week - your child will have a specific login to use the site.

Grammar

A grammar task will be set (in the CGP Grammar Book) every 2 weeks.

Spelling

Spellings lists will be sent out each half term, a 'word check' will take place on Fridays to assess which spellings your child can spell. Please ensure pupils practise spellings at home.
